If you have your Microsoft 365 email account hosted by Next Century Media, you can easily change your Display Name from the console.
Follow these steps:
First log in to the Next Century Media console with your Account Reference number and password

From the Dashboard, select Office 365 Email under Administration
Under User Accounts, one the same line as the email address you want to change the password for, select Update
You will now be in Manage Office 365, under Edit details, type in the name you require in the Display Name field and then select Save
NOTE: You do not need to modify the First name or Last name fieldsNow select Log out top right
