To disable fast startup in Windows 10 on your computer, please follow these steps:
Use the Windows Search to find Power & sleep settings
Then select Additional power settings
Then select Additional power settings
Select Change settings that are currently unavailable
Select Turn on fast startup (recommended) so that the checkmark disappears and select Save Changes
If you want to re-enable fast startup at any point, simply repeat the steps so a checkmark appears next to Turn on fast startup
