Check for an AccountRight update
Each AccountRight update usually fixes a few bugs, so it’s important to stay up to date. If you haven’t installed an update in the last few weeks, there might be one available.

View error details
Click View error details on the error to open a log file containing technical details of the error. If the option Send MYOB the details is selected on the error message, these are the details which are sent to our developers for analysis to help improve AccountRight.
The error log also contains a specific Code related to your error. Here’s an example of what it looks like:

Relocate AccountRight My Library if located in Cloud Storage
Storing your MYOB AccountRight My Library in a folder that is synced with a cloud storage service such as Dropbox, Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive.
This is common in Windows 10 where the OneDrive can be activated through the setup process, with all Desktop, Documents and Pictures stored in OneDrive automatically.
